Frequently Asked Questions

Printworthy cannot access my photographs

Printworthy can only access photographs you have authorized through iOS.

To review or change access:

  1. Open the iOS Settings app.
  2. Select Apps, then Printworthy.
  3. Select Photos.
  4. Choose your preferred level of access.

If you use limited access, Printworthy can only analyze the photographs you selected. You can add or remove authorized photographs at any time through iOS Settings.

Why is a photograph taking time to load?

Some original photographs may be stored in iCloud rather than directly on your iPhone. Apple Photos may need to download the original photograph before Printworthy can display, analyze, share, or export it.

Make sure your device has an internet connection and allow the download to complete.

How does Printworthy select photographs?

Printworthy uses Apple’s on-device computer-vision capabilities along with its own curation and scoring system to identify scenic, memorable, and frame-worthy photographs.

All visual analysis and scoring happen on your device. Your photographs are not uploaded to GoodUse.ai or to servers operated by us.

Why am I seeing a photograph again?

Printworthy maintains local discovery history to reduce repeated recommendations. A photograph may occasionally appear again when it remains one of the strongest matches available or when the App has limited access to your Photos library.

Granting access to more photographs gives Printworthy a larger library to curate.

How do I save or share a photograph?

Open the photograph in Printworthy and choose the available Share or Save Image action.

Printworthy uses the iOS Share Sheet or Apple Photos. The photograph is sent only to the destination you select.

If the original photograph is stored in iCloud, Apple Photos may need to download it first.

How do I restore my purchase?

Printworthy Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

If you previously purchased Premium:

  1. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
  2. Open Printworthy.
  3. Select Restore Purchases.

Apple processes all purchases and restorations. Printworthy does not receive or store your payment-card information or Apple Account credentials.

If restoration still does not work, email gooduse.labs@gmail.com with a description of what you see. Do not send payment information.

How do I manage Weekly Wall Picks reminders?

You can turn Weekly Wall Picks on or off from Printworthy’s Settings.

You can also manage notification permission through:

  1. Open the iOS Settings app.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Select Printworthy.
  4. Change your notification preferences.

How do I delete my Printworthy data?

Most Printworthy information is stored locally on your device. Removing Printworthy removes most locally stored App data.

Photographs and album organization you intentionally saved to Apple Photos remain in your Photos library until you remove them.

A small amount of non-photo feature state may remain in the iOS Keychain across reinstalls. For complete details, read the Printworthy Privacy Policy.

Privacy
